Overall a 3.0 rating in that for Thai food, it was well prepared and the service was fast and pleasant, but I found the portions a bit small and the ‘very spicy’ I ordered rather weak. I did the lunch special of chicken in yellow curry sauce. Very little chicken in the dish, so there are cost cutting efforts here. Lots of rice and veggies in the dish, but the entire meal was small and lacking what other Thai places in the Tampa area will do for the same price. Setting is nice and location is right for quick lunch commutes from work. I might return but only if other places are not accessible.

Best Thai Iced Tea!. I am new to Tampa and tried this place for the first time today. I pride myself as a casual foodie and have been in search of my new favorite places. This place makes the list! Penang curry is my favorite so I got that. Though the consistency could have been thicker, the flavor is on point! The Thai Iced Tea is a Must have as Rouen Thai has mastered the perfect balance of sweet and strength. Incredible. Will be hitting this place up as often as possible.
