Location close to MacDill Air Force Base makes this a good target for lunch nearby. Clean and efficient interior, located in the corner of a outlet mall. Fast and friendly service. Now for the bad news- the food is not equal to the price. I ordered a meatball sub/ that is a gold standard for me. I found the meatballs to be tiny, and seemed very processed like those cheap bags of meatballs you buy frozen in bulk to cut costs. No way this stuff is fresh. Meatballs were very bland/ likely a blend of pork and chicken with zero spices. They chopped them up so the grinder was sort of flat, more like a meatloaf sandwich and not a meatball grinder. Sauce was meh. Cheese was good but the portions were tiny for the price. I ate the entire sandwich and was still hungry! For about $8 they need to make them bigger, or give us something amazingly fresh. I get the impression this is a cost saving endeavor. Sigh…
Cold food when picked up on time. Ordered X-large pizza, wings, and a antipasto salad take out. They said it will be ready in 15. I live a few blocks away so I got there early. Everything was cold. No complaints about the salad, but the wings were tiny and cold. I had to throw the pizza in the microwave. There was no reason my food should have been cold. And even after re-heating, the pizza was mediocre at best. I will give em another go, because they are cheap, but they in no way impressed.
