Chef is a jerk. Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever experienced from a food truck. I waited at least 10-20 minutes just to order (no there was not a long line) and then waited another 30 minutes only to be told that they no longer had the dish that I had ordered 30 minutes ago. Then the chef cops an attitude at me to tell me that he cannot count how many people ahead of me ordered the dish to know when he is out. Actually, you can. I have worked in food service before. You count the number of portions you have available and then count how many you sell. It is actually very simple math. Then I was told if I touch his truck, he will call the police on me. Seems like a reasonable reaction to a paying costumer, no? The only thing that was Thaied on, was the shef’s anger management issues. Get a grip dude. If you cannot handle the stress, then do not do business. As for the food, the Wendy’s I got on the way home because I never got the food I ordered was average. I would never recommend this business and I will tell anyone who asks. Thank you for your very friendly service and customer-centered business model.

I have been in food service too but would never have talked to a paying customer the way I was talked to recently. If you are that rude just because I asked a question, I wouldn’t dream of spending my hard earned money at your truck in the future. Shame on you.
