This place was excellent several years ago. Staff changed and things started going downhill. Had lunch there today (10-1-15) and staff has changed again and things have gotten worse. The rice was undercooked….really guys? Bourbon chicken has no sauce? May not visit again….much better options out there.
I have been getting take out/delivery from them since they opened a few years ago and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The food is always hot and fresh.
Aggressively bad customer service. I’ve been a regular customer of Top China’s Take-Out service for a couple of years. I always give a 25 percent tip on delivery. Tonight, an item was missing from my order. When I called to ask for a credit on my next order, the young woman on the phone kept pretending she couldn’t hear me, although I could hear her just fine. I called back and calmly repeated my request. I could hear her repeating it to someone nearby. Next thing I knew, a voice was yelling at me in a language I could not understand. I tried to interrupt but the voice kept yelling. Finally I hung up.I was so incensed that I drove to the store and asked to speak to the owner. A young woman who acknowledged being on the phone with me earlier said the owner didn’t speak English. She also claimed that the yelling in Chinese had been her talking to her uncle, about an unrelated matter. The whole family gathered round.I told them that, even with a credit for the undelivered food, I could no longer trust them and would no longer be their customer; that I wished them well as a business, but that if they wished to retain their other customers they should learn how to handle customer complaints. Mine was legitimate. I’m sorry to lose them as a source for Take-Out.
