Eight years ago we started out as a group of innovative bakers crafting and delivering some of the best pizza dough for various pizza shops throughout Miami. In time, we decided to travel to Italy where we found the perfect inspiration to not only bake the perfect pizza dough but also the knowledge and love to execute world class authentic Italian pizza, a pizza worthy of its dough.
