Needs Improvement. This restaurant could be super with a little tweaking. I t has the atmosphere and the charm but all else is questionable. We sat at a table near the outside bar but received no service for ten minutes, while other waiters were standing idle . Finally the bartender who had a full bar had to come out and take our order. I could see the handwriting on the wall for the way the evening was going to go…..after one drink we went to another restaurant……this is the same downward spiral condemning the two previous operators of this establishment….We have only tried their food once in three attempts at eating there.
