A diamond in the dust! Palmetto is known as the arm pit of west Florida, so naturally you wouldn’t expect much. I’ve only ever ordered take out sushi from Hideko, not once was i disappointed with the service, quality or freshness of the of the rolls or fish. Out of all the sushi spots I’ve been to in Florida, Hideko has got to be one of the best.
