  I love Greek food! So it is no surprise that I like Kostas and recommend it to everyone. They are friendly, fast and the prices aren’t bad. If you have someone in your group who doesn’t want Greek, don’t worry they have other things. In fact, they have one of the largest range on a menu I have ever seen.The gyro platter ( pictured, minus fries) is awesome. It comes with the gyro meat, pita bread, a Greek salad and a side of fries. I also highly recommend the spinach pie and Greek Salad. My friend loves the stir fry and philly. The sweet tea is also really good. My only suggestion is that you plan before you come. During season this place gets packed and parking can be a nightmare.

  I expected a little better. While walking around Palmetto this morning I came across Kostas Family Restaurant. It looked good, so we decided to stop in tonight for dinner. It was a pretty good place to visit but my food wasnt particularly good. I had their Prime Rib Special, I should have ordered Greek.The Prime Rib Special included a soup or salad, a side and some veggies. The Greek salad I had was very good. The prime rib itself was overcooked from the way I would have liked it and it just didnt seem to be a very good cut of meat. My baked potato was fine, the veggies prepared well cooked, I would have preferred something with a little crunch.Service was good and people checked on us throughout our meal. It was an ok visit and Im sure I would have enjoyed a good Moussaka better.
