The best bread pudding ever! She is normally at all the events around town. The Saturday market in St. Andrews is when I catch her. I haven’t tried any of the other food so my review is based on the amazing bread pudding.

Good Food and Atmosphere. Capt’s Lady Cafe is a quaint local place. The Turkey Club (toasted) was excellent. Our kids LOVE the sno-balls. The owners are friendly and Capt. Robbie is full of funny stories.

Great place to eat. Great food and great people. A few months ago my wife had a broken foot and was unable to drive. I got to-go lunches from Captain’s Lady and took them to her at work. Every time they asked how she was doing and wished her well. This continued after she was better and able to go there with me. My only problem is trying to decide what delicious food to get. Yesterday I had the awesome shrimp etoufee and a cup of crab bisque.18 May, 2012Very good. My wife has a broken foot and I have been taking her lunch at her job. I have been there 3 times this week to work my way through the daily specials. All have been very good with the exception of the gumbo. It was probably the absolute best I have ever had. My only regret is that I only got a cup of it since it wasn’t the special that day. Sooner or later I’ll break down and give the sandwiches a try as well.

The owners of this place are great cooks. Everything is delicious. The cajun dishes are good without being too spicy. I recommend the shrimp salad sandwich.

Great casual place! Nice daily lunches on a budget. And snoballs are awesome!
