Had always loved this place, but last time my family ate there, the fried grouper was dry and bland. Also think prices are too high for amount of food.
Snapper! Lightly Blackened Or Fried. Freshest around, cooked perfextlybwith great and friendly staff. They catch thw fish on their commercial boats. If you haven’t tried captains table, you are missing something special
Poor Management Interaction. Owed a comp meal. When I get there to get it, was charged and not obliged. Didn’t honor a restaurant error…not professional. My family and I will not be back.
Price vs Quantity. When you go out to eat and the waitress brings your food to the table then asks can I get you anything else and before you even start to eat you say yes something more to eat. This was a $29.99 platter. Only wished I had taken a pic to back up review.Captains Table, even though it was tasty, didn’t compensate for leaving hungry or the price. 01/21/15
Awsome. This was the best food we had on our trip. The wait staff was top notch and could easily help you with the best options. They went out of there way for a glutin free person in our party. The snapper was excelent and teh buffalo shrimp super. You just got to go.
One of the worst restaurants in town in perspective of quality. There’s a reason there’s never a wait, but Hunt’s is a stone’s throw away and has over an hour wait. You get what you pay for! Aside from the less-than-mediocre food, the owner and staff are unpleasant and made my unseasoned fish and rubber vegetables less of a concern than their general demeanor. Any local would send you elsewhere, don’t hesitate to ask around in St. Andrews.
Food was amazing! Service was great staff is so friendly. Grouper or red snapper grilled or fried was all delicious. Horseradish grouper was delicate and not overwhelming. Scallops were tender and flavorful. Will definitely be a regular stop from now on when we come on vacation.
