OK place to eat 2 stars. The food was so so. I don’t hate it, might go back, but won’t go out of my way to. Service was so so too. Prices seemed ok, a little high for what you get, but still reasonable. The place is also a little loud, echos too much.

Best in PC. Spinach & mushroom quesadilla & shredded beef burrito… been going back for over 5 years, I’ll cry if this place ever closes.

Love Chula’s. We love Chula’s. The atmosphere is very Costa Rican. The food isn’t your average mexican flare. The fajitas are excellent. The wait staff is very friendly.

Very good. It was early in the day so it was not very busy at all. This place was very highly recommended by someone that worked near by. They have a great list of specials.

Unfortunately the trip I had to Chula’s not long after they opened wasn’t a pleasant one, the service was slow and the food I had among the rest of my party was very bland and just lacking overall flavor.

Good Food. The food is always good and fresh. If you’re looking to stay out of the crowds and noise this is a good place to go.

Something different. If like Mexican food, but want something a little different, then you should try Chula’s. The food is much more Caribbean-influenced, and is always good. The house special stewed meat is awesome, and I love the tostones (fried plantains). The sangria is also delicious, and dangerous. Friendly staff, great service.
