Great experience. On Tuesday, 3/18, our local Tuesday dinner group–19 of us–ate at El Jalisco in Panama City. It was amazing. The service was perfect (which is very unusual with a big group). Our waiter was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal….and the atmosphere was great. Thank you…. We will be back often.
Chips were stale. Food bland. Very lackluster meal. Service was good, but food not worth it.
GReat Mexican food.. Yes they have all the American favorites, Yes they have some Mexican favorites too. The salsa is hit or miss. Either the person mixing it adds too much hot (that I like) or not enough. I think that the front end people make the salsa because it always taste different. The chicken and beef I had were very good. I hope they continue to make a great product.
Penny wise pound foolish. Went there with family and friends. Got a beer and Margarita (Horrible Margarita). When we went to place our order I informed the waitress that we had a common cents coupon for a half price entree. Was told that since we got happy hour prices on the drinks we could not use the coupon. We solved the problem by having them take the drinks back and leaving with ordering food. Went to Los Rancheros down the road and they honored their coupon and we enjoyed happy hour drinks. Will not go back to El Jalisco.
Love it!!. My boyfriend and I have been here about 8 times now, We both love it! The chicken fajitas are very good and seasoned perfect, the food portions are great, and the staff/service are very friendly and pleasant.the I ordered the banana margaritas and they were very strong! Great taste and great price! The only thing I would complain about is i think their homemade salsa is a little too spicy, especially if you brought children! But other than that, GREAT place!
Management ruins it for me. Service was great, food is ok, but the manager george is a joke. Margaritas were horrible and I was told I’d have to pay for them to get fixed. So we didnt drink any of the 3 that were on the table… I asked the waiter to take them off and he said the manager said no due to us already drinking out of them. He wouldn’t come to the table so I had to go find him. He told me I should have asked to try them before ordering them and that no restaurant will let you return a drink if you don’t like it.
