Authentic Mexican. The best in PC!
Great Job!!!. Wow, a good place, great service and good food. I am not used to the style of mexican food that they made but all the food, everything had great flavor. The staff was very nice and I always had a full cup of tea. The salsa was average but the chips were hot, thats alot more than you can say for most of the places around here.
Not impressed. We were excited based on all the previous reviews. Food was sub par at best. Chips tasted greasy and not fresh. Salsa was bland and watery. Queso was okay. Texas burrito was greasy. Enchiladas were pretty good but half way through the rice and beans, I noticed something gritty consistant with fine sand. Rice and beans should never be gritty. Overall not a good experience.
Don’t judge a book. Hey, went here and had some wonderful food. We were the only gringos in the house, which just added to the authenticity. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it, but I kept seeing other people’s food passing by that looked even better than mine tasted. I love these deceiving places where many will pass over, but only the wise will take part. If you like real Mexican, don’t pass it up. Seriously. It’s all good.
Best kept secret in Panama City. HomeMade flour and corn tortillas, authentic Mexican sodas. Amazing Barbacoa, delicious chorizo con huevos. Waitress barely spoke English, but it mad it even better! Very beautiful inside, murals, decorated nicely. Not as scary inside as the outside! Favorite Mexican place hands down in Panama City. I’m from Texas and this is my little heaven here.
Great Food, Better Prices!. We went to El Paisa for lunch. It is a true Mexican restaurant. The other patrons and waitress spoke Spanish. (She was fluent enough in English to take our orders and she was very nice.) Even the tv channel was in Spanish. The food was amazing! The taco shells are made on site and the beef was pulled. No mystery meat! The Coke was made with real sugar in Mexico. The flavor was cleaner and the weight was lighter. Their tres leche cake tasted like strawberry short cake. Yum! The only downside is the lack of alcohol. No margaritas. That’s ok though. You can get out of there cheap enough to have the money go to a bar if you must have a drink. Lunch for two plus two deserts was about $17. All in all, we loved the restaurant and will be heading back.
Amazing!! Great food with and even better price. The best Mexican food in PC
