Very disappointed. Won one of their facebook contests. When I went to print coupon they had closed the portal. Was told I could not claim my prize. The contest did not say I had to print coupon immediately. Have been coming here for years. Will not be going back.
Discussing outdated.i suspect our waitress / hostess was the dishwasher and the cook.The pizza was okay .The soup was sour like old !! And the bread was so greasy!! Do not come here.my waitress was nice but her clothes were filthy ! Our silverware had food on it! Gross.We are heading to the pharmacy for antacids !
HORRIBLE Food Luigi’ B G,. My wife and I dine out often and we have an understanding of the food world. We entered Luigi’s after the lunch rush, so there should not have been a wait for seating…Wrong. The person manning the register ( whom I later found out to be the general manager) was no where to be found and so weaited. After being seated the waitress took our initial order, tea and a house salad with oil and vinegar for dressing. She brought our tea and then we waited an extended time forher to return with the salads. The glass vinegar container was horrible, it had white stains on the inside of the glass..Hint..wash them or throw them away and get new ones. When the pizza arrived my wife and I each took a slice and after cutting my slice and taking the first bite..YIKES..a crawling critter on the pizza. At this time the witress was breezing by to another table and after the third attempt I gained her attention and should her the CRITTERS. We immediately approached the cashier(GM) and offered to pay for the tea and salad, which she stated there was no charge, imagine that! I have contacted the Health Department.
I went in for lunch while in town by the mall. Heard from a few people that this place was worthwhile. The pizza was superb on the buffet, buffalo tenders great, and service was very friendly and accommodating. Nice visit. Will go back and try pasta next time, but will be hard to stay away from their pizza!
Good value. The salad bar has a lot of choices, they give you so much food that I always have another meal at home with the leftovers. I love the goofy looking breadsticks. Hard to pick a favorite entree here everything is so good. never see any coupons but it is very reasonably priced for all that you get.
Love this place!!! I’ve never had anything bad there, and the servers are so sweet. Great local favorite!
Great Local Pizza Place. If you are looking for something a little different than the standard chain restaurant pizza, then this is your place. Try the lunch buffet and you won’t be disappointed. They keep a pretty decent selection of pizza on the hot bar along with spaghetti and wings. Their menu selections are very good and you get plenty of food. The salad bar would be one of the best in town except sometimes the veggies aren’t the freshest. Other than that, the only thing keeping Luigi B G’s from an A++ is that the dining area could use a good deep cleaning. UPDATE: They must be reading these reviews. Thank you LBG for dusting and cleaning the dining area. Made a BIG improvement. Also… if you like LBG on facebook, they post some really great exclusive sales/deals.
