This is a new, nouvelle cuisine restaurant in the Punta Paitilla-Punta Pacifica area. It is run by Toronto trained chef Carolina Garcia Navarro, a former chef at the Fairmont in Toronto. She as brought the newest style of cuisine to Panama, and it is rapidly becoming one of Panama's best. Definitely a place to visit while on a trip to Panama.
