This used to be our favorite place to eat every week but the taste of the pad tai has changed and it is definitely not as good as it used to be. However it is still pretty good. Love the peanut salad that they give you when you are waiting on your food. Service is decent depending on who is hired at the time, servers seem to circle out quite often.
Wife and I were passing through Panama City and decided to stop by to try their lunch buffet. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything I tried was hot, fresh, and delicious. Crab rangoons were some of the best I’ve had. The hot pork and fried bananas were also very good.
Not the best yellow curry I’ve had, but it was ok. It had a bitter herb in it that were big enough pieces I could pick out. The riice was supposed to be jasmine, but it wasn’t. The shrimp were plentiful and a good size. There was a lot of what I think was lemon grass pieces in the curry that gave it a faint Pledge quality, and not enough coconut milk flavor, but still a pleasent dish. The buffet looked good with plenty of choice of soups, green curry and side items. Everyone at my table had the buffet and loved the Hot Pork.
