Bad Service. I’m a regular here since unfortunately this is the best pizza in town. You would think that being a regular would mean they’d treat you nice but despite going three times a week they won’t give me a slice of fresh pizza and will only sell the last slice of old cheese pizza that’s been sitting there an hour. Even though there are other slices available, they refused to sell to me bc I didn’t want the last old slice. Zero customer service here. Wait staff works hard but management is brutal.
My Visit 5/3/15. When the older gentleman working the counter approach me, there was no welcome or hello how you doing…just simply whats your order. The rudeness didn’t stop there as i ordered a to go order he ask me is yhis for your hotel or home. I was puzzled by the question and told him its to go. He then replied he needed to know to determine if he was going to give me utensils to eat with cause if i was going home he wasn’t and if i was going to a hotel he would. I told him i needed everything you give in your to go so that i could eat the food but he didn’t need to know where i was going. Who does that and then got upset because I asked him for a receipt. I use to really like this place but lately it just seems to be great food with an attitude. This will be my last visit.
Rude as hell. Rude ass staff. Beware. Carry out only unless you want to end up fighting the staff.
The truth. Just got back from my 1st visit to the restaurant and I must admit that half these reviews are absolutely correct! However, I still like figuring out things for myself, so I’ve been in the mood for a TRUE NY STYLE PIZZA (pie) but instead of just going by the name I decided to go in and see what they really offered. This attempt we ordered their large meat monster and hot wings, now personally if I didn’t see some demos of their pizza first I would of kept it more simple. Being that I’ve been apart of the hospitality industry for over ten years trust me when I say this… If you are looking for top notch service this is not the place for you, however if you want something Togo or a very quick snack then this place is up your alley. The guys that helped me were cool I ordered mine to carry out since I ordered wings when asked i said I would like both ranch and blue cheese dressing. My order was suppose to take ten minutes and I got it around that time. If you are like me I like having trimmings like parm cheese and red flakes on top of my pizza I’m guessing they either don’t offer it or don’t have it for those customers who choose not to dine in; since I was there I hooked up my pizza anyways with the items they had on the tables anyway lol. Since I always check my order I realized my dressing for my wings were not in the bag and of course I get the guy who I believe is the owner who all these prior reviews spoke about so I already had my prejudgment of him (all true), luckily I’m not baffled by people’s attitudes especially when it comes to money and service. So I had to tell him that my dressing was missing and when he looked at me he was about to argue with me and then he looked down and it was there on the receipt plus he realized that we had tipped well for just a carry out order. Something must of clicked and he bit his tongue and got my dressings out the cooler and said it was their bad. Now that I’m home I must admit the pizza and wings hit the spot and I’m picky when it comes to certain things, as long as they act right I will continue to do business especially because they deliver and I already met the delivery driver who seemed anxious to work more deliveries. Like most places they have a $3 delivery fee so just expect to spend at least $30 if ordering from this place. My pizza itself was $20 just saying. But it seemed like a clean place and so far I can’t complain fully about food but I do believe in giving places a chance until they mess up and show they don’t care. Since its football season either my relationship with them will be real strong or non existent I’ll keep you updated.
Customer. My Family really enjoy the friendly atmosphere to say the least. The Pizza is some of the best we have ever tasted in bay county.
The NJ Kid. Coming from the NJ, NY,Pa. Area, this is without a doubt the best Pizza in Bay County. Regardless if the owner looks like he just bit into an apple and seen only a half of a worm.
This place is the bomb. Living in upstate n.y. pizza is an institution. This place bakes the best pies in the area bar-none.
