Terrible Waitress. I normally love O’Charley’s and their food is usually great. However, I avoid this specific location because they have the WORST waitress of all time working there. Of course, the host always seems to seat me in her section. It’s not even that she is rude or anything like that, she is just a bad waitress. I have had her the past four times I have been there. She takes forever to take your order and then doesn’t even understand it, so you have to explain it over and over, and then she forgets anyway! I swear, she only comes to your table maybe 2 times while the other staff covers for her. She remained absent 95% of the time and we waited forever until other waitstaff had to bring us our food, refills, and even the check! Wow, no tip for her. I should have tipped the cook, but I was so irate I just left. I also should have gotten her name, but she is an older woman, I’m guessing in her late fifties, early sixties. She has light blonde hair, maybe a little grey. Anyways, I hope they get rid of her so I can return someday!
Great Brunch. Went there for brunch today and it was wonderful. Husband had steak with his brunch and said it was one of the best and most tender he has had in a long time. Good bloody marys! Good service. Love their food and they have a very good menu – lots of choices.
Nothing really good about O’ Charley’s aside from the bread. Menu is stale and offers nothing out of the ordinary. Not bad for drinks, though.
Love this place!. I come here for the Chipotle BBQ Chicken Tenders so delicious, I love that sauce. I also think the Spicy Jack Wedges are heavenly, spicy and melted to perfection! The Wild West Burger is pretty good also, lots of flavor.
