I have eaten at this particular on a few different occasions when my travels brought me to Panama City. Each time I was very pleased with the service and the food
Food was great as usual. My waitress, Tri, was very pleasant and attentive and deserved a very generous gratuity.
It’s a hit or miss. I went three times and got horrible service and cold food/overcooked steak. Last two times were good experience; food was delicious but all 5 times the food takes forever, by forever I mean 10+ mins for a salad and about 30+ mins for the food (and I order my steak rare, not well done, so it shouldn’t take that long). So just plan accordingly if you’re on a time constraint for a movie or date.
Management problems I suppose. The food used to be consistent in quality, but the last two times I ate here it was not good at all. We had to send things back… The managers were apologetic, but two bad dining experiences in a row suggests problems in the back. There was no waiting (indicates to me that others have abandoned this location), service was poor both times and we had to wait more than thirty minutes for our entree. Order was wrong when we finally got it. Too bad.
They have definitely improved their food! I had gone a year or 2 ago because I loved their food but it just kept going downhill to where it was almost inedible! We went back a couple weeks ago to give it another try and My oh My it was FANTASTIC!!!! I was so happy that my old time favorite restaurant stepped up and started serving delicious food again!!!! We will definitely be back!
Food was decent enough but waitress needed focus factor. I had to remind her four times before she remembered one packet of Splenda, salt shaker, and mushrooms I ordered with steak. By the time I got the shrooms, my steak was cold.
Steaks. Wow! Wonderful steaks! Who knew???
