I absolutely HATE rating restaurant chains but I was so blown away by the food and service here that I HAD to do so. The burritos my Lady and I had were ridiculously good! My Lady said the Pepper’s in Tallahassee can’t cone close to the one in Panama City. Apparently the P.C. cooks are on another level.
