Favorite Lunch Spot. I have been going to Trigo for over 2 years now and I love it. The staff is wonderful and the customer service is great. I have never had any issues with service. To those who think otherwise, try realizing how it must feel to have everything you’ve worked hard for bashed by a blogger who isn’t a local and who doesn’t know the operations by going to this place everyday. I have seen them prep and cook everything they make. The food is wonderful. The 3 salad special is a great way to sample the salads. The veggie sandwich is delicious and the bread is always fresh. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
Great any time of day. I have been coming to Trigo since they opened almost 5 years ago, and have always had a great experience. The staff is amazing and always helpful, and the environment transports you to a rustically elegant cafe in Europe. The food is delicious for ANY meal. From breakfast with fresh baked croissant sandwiches, quiche and local sourced coffee, to lunch with a choice of about 12 fresh made salads, sandwiches on authentic San Fran sourdough, soups that are out of this world good, and the pies de la resistance a gigantic chef salad piled with all the right meats and veggies. At night every Wednesday (and Thursday, Friday spring and summer) they have live music from local up and coming artists and The BEST PIZZA in town. I recommend any of the pizzas with goat cheese, it just brings all the flavors together. Excellent job guys, thanks for many great memories.
I have been coming here for years and it is my favorite place in Panama City. The best pizza and ambiance in the area by far.

Best Deli in Panama!!. What is not to like at Trigo’s. Great fresh food. Wonderful service. Breakfast, lunch or dinner they’re always ready to serve the best! Try my favorite pesto salad! Yummy!!
What to order???. Between the pizzas, sandwiches, and salads, you can’t go wrong at Trigo. This is definitely a perfect example of you get what you pay for. The sandwiches are ample, the pizzas are hot and fresh and the salads are from-scratch fabulous. I come at least weekly and should post for every item I enjoy. My only request is that they do pizza every night. Hats off to the owner and his team. This is my go-to place in PC!
