LOVELY!. Visited Willow’s July 13, 2012 for lunch. Staff was attentive and polite, and service was fast and friendly.The soup was divine and the coffee and tea were incredible. My husband ordered the Shepherd’s pie and it was very well seasoned.It is worth noting that they were extremely busy (with only 1 server), with a table of 14 as well as several other two tops, and we were promptly served an absolutely lovely and worry free lunch. We will be back. Cheerio!
I absolutely love this place! The staff is extremely friendly and informative. My friends and usually meet there to talk business and upon my first time there was pleasantly surprised that they had my favorite tea(Kenya) and as someone who has lived in England and had her share of Ploughmans lunches, this was by far, the best! I had my birthday lunch there with a group of friends and the owner(I believe) came and talked to us and answered our questions on the variety of sweets and sandwiches we were eating. One of the most relaxing, friendly, gorgeous places to eat! Can’t wait to go back!
Won’t be back. Terrible service…two servers screwed up the orders for our party of nine. Wait time for food was ridiculous…food didn’t come out all together for our party…a simple SALAD for a child was the LAST item to come out…drinks didn’t come out at a reasonable time. The manager was spoken to…I figured we’d receive some sort of discount but THAT didn’t happen. I had such high hopes for this place, but I won’t be back. *sigh*
