My first time at BH. Boy friend has been wanting to try it. Good service & good food. Large place with plenty of parking. A little dark but was meant to be a romantic atmosphere. A little disappointed that there wasn’t a few more shrimp choices. Mainly a steak house. Steaks were great & cooked as preferred. Aa bit pricey. Butter is on the table in small disposable containers that you would see at a greasy spoon restaurant. Out of place at what seemed to present itself as a bit higher class place. Really seemed like they were having to cut a few corners.Another drawback was in the dcor. Definitely needs some updating. Just wasn’t very appealing as we entered & somewhat of a maze to exit with 3 -4 dinning rooms & no exit sign posted. Also, a dark parking lot. Overall… Good food, needs updating…& Get rid of the cheap butter packets.
Dinner here tonight. Great petite steak and garlic potatoes for me, and husband had prime rib and baked potato. They were so good. Salads also good. Key lime pie better than the last place according to spouse. I got the chocolate cake. Took a couple of bites and brought it home. Very good and rich.
Don’t waste your time or money!. Awful!! Way too bland and small portioned for the amount of money it cost. The food was undercooked as well. It took way too long for the waiter to take our order. Never again!!
Please do not waste your time here! Our waiter was awful as well as the good. Our waiter was very impatient and got almost every ones meal wrong. The food was very bland and tasteless. Definitely not worth the price you pay!
Food is okay. Go between 4:30-6 for the early bird special. You get to choose from about 6 meals for 14.99. Food was somewhat bland for the prices. The boom boom shrimp was the best part of the meal. I think the place is just overpriced. 14.99 should be the maximum price on the dishes instead of the early bird price. Service was excellent though.
Stay Away!!!. I cannot say enough to make sure that you do not waste an evening in pcb like we just did!!!!!!! Horrible food, terrible service, tacky decor, waste of your time and money. Prime rib was their speciality, yet at 6pm (after opening at 4:30) they were already out of medium cooked prime rib. They told us this AFTER 3 Of us ordered it. Cole slaw was DISGUSTING. Tea looked like dirty water. Waiter was a jerk. Decor was from the 70s. It was all in all a terrible experience. Do not waste your time. We should have taken it as a warning by there being only a handful of cars in the parking lot when everywhere else was packed out the door.
Had the seafood platter. Frozen deviled crab. Instant mashed potatoes. Tiny portions for $30. Big waste of a meal. Service was ok. Decor was terrible.
