Ordered sampler as appetizer and that pretty much set tone for the rest of the lunch, food was eatable but my expectations were much higher, food with no much flavor and I really want to give more that 3 but I can’t fool myself.
Boricuba brings Cuban home-cooking to Panama City Beach. We had some really great dishes for lunch. The service is relatively fast and the food tasted fresh.I had the Mofongo with Shrimp and Mojo, definitely recommended!

Finally! A Cuban restaurant in Panama City Beach. The ropa vieja with black rice is my favorite. Nice little cafe.
