Incredibly friendly breakfast staff and decent food, but the management needs to figure out that you need more than two servers on for a full restaurant. I work in the service industry, so I understood why everything took so long, but most people (like my family) would leave furious. Come here if you have time, but if you’re in a hurry you should probably go somewhere else.
Most expensive meal we had all week. Took almost two hrs from the time we walked in until we paid out. Was not even busy when we arrived. Two groups left before getting to order. Unacceptable.
Food was ok. The shrimp and grits are the only thing worth trying. Staff didn’t care if we were there or not. Lost my credit card there and they were not helpful at all.
Terrible. Cool atmosphere, decent food, horrible service! We were first told there would be a 30 minute wait despite being able to clearly see tables without customers at them. We asked about outside and were taken to a table but then sat and waited and waited and waited. When we finally did get some service it was horrible…. she brought us the wrong food and kept blaming the kitchen for the wait and the mix ups. Oddly, everyone else around us ordered after we did and received their food and finished up before we even got our appetizers! When we finally asked to speak with a manager I’m pretty sure our server just grabbed a friend who pretended to be a manager. The whole place seems to be a mess. Unless you have HOURS to spend at this place don’t waste your time. NEVER GO HERE IN A HURRY!!!!!
WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE. It’s seat yourself which is fine and dandy except for the fact that no one comes to wait on you. Sat for forty minutes before I even received a menu. After that, another twenty went by and still no waitress. Needless to say, I left. Don’t come here if you expect to eat at all.
