Typical of this franchise. Service was a bit slower and poorer than I’m used to- and I a DD addict. Iced coffee was good and not too sweet like it sometimes can be. Serviceable.
Went on a Sunday morning around 10:30am, drive thru was a nightmare. Got to the speaker and they said you could only do one order per car..okay? Talk about inconvenient. They were also completely out of everything bagels. Which are popular, so you would think that they would make more. Nope, they don’t. I guess you have to be there at 6am in order to have what you want available. Had also been to this location the day before (Saturday), they did have what I ordered, but they charged me for cream cheese twice and made my entire order wrong..twice. I got to DD every morning in my hometown and I am so glad to say that this is not my local one. Can’t wait to go to the one in Jacksonville, now that’s a great DD!
