Service was quickSalsa was fresh and mixed with pick de galloCheese dip was normal white cheese and not spicyChile Colorado was out of this world good. They served it on top of a perfectly cooked ribeye steak with rice and beans. Chille sauce wasn’t overly spicy but full of flavor. We will come back here every time with are in PCB now.
