Not the place to be. We were first seated at a table meant for two (we had four) and it was completely dark. Couldn’t see to read the menu. We upset the hostess when we asked to be moved to a table with light. Don’t know about you but I like to see what I’m eating. Friend’s burger was 1 step shy of being a lump of coal. Crab cakes were ok not good or great. Service… only saw our waiter when he brought our food and the check.He never checked back. When we left, server and hostess were standing at the hostess desk with others just chit chatting. Warning… do not take this bait. You don’t want to get Hook’d at this restaurant.
The food, the view, the service! Everything was absolutely perfect. My husband and I visited here on our honeymoon and LOVED it! The fish tacos (blackened) are perfection! The deck of the restaurant is pet friendly as well!
Wonderful place!!. We loved this place!! Great service and great food. The fish tacos were awesome, and the atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful! Our server Morgan was phenomenal, if you go you should ask for her!! She was so sweet and down to earth. Thank you Hook’d and Morgan for a great night celebrating a birthday!

Good enough.. There are dozens of tourist traps in this area, but this place isn’t one of them. Hookd sits next to the pier right on the beach offering a beautiful view. During our visit, I tried the fish tacos (grouper with mango salsa) while my lady friend had the mahi mahi sandwich. Both were pretty good and reasonably priced considering the view, although the service was less than stellar. And the bread on the sandwich was overly thick and dry, but the fish itself was delicious. never-nervous.com
What a great little spot. Food was food. Service was great. Casua,l relaxed and lots of staff come by to check on you. Price is good too. Did I meant ion it was right on the water? So much better than the other stuff across the street. Don’t pass it up. Recommend you get here for dinner before sunset to enjoy the view.
