Horrible. Took 15 minutes to get our food after ordering at 12:30 in the afternoon and they weren’t busy ,right on the side of the box says comes with mustard,onion and pickles out of a 24 pack for the family there was only one with a pickle on it ,I was told they were like a White Castle burger but they were not very good 2 out of 5 of us ended up with upset stomachs for hrs putting a damper on our family vacation would not recommend this to anyone,this is the first review I’ve ever posted that’s how bad it was

RUDE. After ordering our food my husband and I sat and waited for a while. My husband and I were the only customers in the store. I walked up to the counter and the cashier was waiting on a customer that just walked in. My food was sitting on the back counter and I ask if that was my food. The cashier said it was and she would get it for me when she got thru waiting on the customer. She asked the two girls in the back if the hash brown were up and they did not hear her because they were in a deep personal conversation about school, I think. The one girl was standing in front of the hash browns stirring grits with her back to the front counter talking to another employee facing to the front nether of them tried to assist the cashier. Then with me standing there waiting on my food the cashier goes and gets the hashbrowns that had been sitting there the whole time and puts them on the tray and walks the food to my table and totally ignors me standing there waiting on my food. It was a blatant statement to be rude to me. She never addressed me again. Like I did not exist. My husband and I were appalled at the rudeness of the employees. I would think that being the only customers in the store that we would at least be treated with some respect and appreciation. I am a local and we love Krystals food, but it will be very difficult for me to return to the Krystals on the beach.
Under staffed and got our order very wrong. Went for lunch on a Wedesday and the staff seemed to be short handed. They were working hard but they were definitely in the weeds.It took 20 minutes to get the wrong order.Food quality was typical of low cost fast food restaurant.
