My husband and I eat here often and 99.9% of the time it is great! We are members of the loyalty program and get coupons all the time which keep us coming back as well as their good food and service. We have only had one instance where I ordered a filet (I order mine rare and my husbands med-rare) and it took a substantial amount of time before we got our food and they were near well done. But this was only one time out of the 20+ times we have dinned here. Every other time has been perfect and amazing
