Mike’s became a frequent haunt for my family during our vacation on Laguna Beach. My parents went almost daily for oysters. My sister raved about the breakfast. I only made it down one time but I really enjoyed my fried grouper sandwich on that visit. Very casual interior with friendly staff. Would go again.
Our little waitress has a wonderful Southern dialect. Best fried green tomatoes and oh, the Seafood Gumbo. My wife had fried chicken. You can order sides for an extra $1.50. All-round great place. Don’t expect too much beach front decor. We’d do it again!!
