My husband and I love this place! It is never too busy, we are always seated right away. For Valentine’s Day they decorated the restaurant with balloons and flowers-it’s very cheesy cute. Love it. Food is really good too. Love their Tom Kah Gai soup and all their curry dishes.
Awful food and service. I ordered vegetable pad Thai which clearly lists tofu as part of the dish. When I got a very small portion withi no tofu, I mentioned I had no tofu. The server argued with me that the menu doesn’t say tofu, and when I pointed it out, she then argued that I didn’t ask for tofu. I said I just didn’t want it and the server brough over the chef who also loudly and aggressively argued with me. Refusing to be bullied into them throwing tofu on the dish I said I just didn’t want it. They argued with me for another minute until they finally gave up. I have never seen such rude aggressiveness in a restaurant. And they argued with me about plain words written on THEIR menu!
FINALLY! They have opened a location in Callaway. This is THE BEST Thai in Bay county. I have been in love with Oishi ever since I moved to Panama City Beach in 2009. Unfortunately, I moved from the Beach to Callaway 3 years ago and only got to eat it maybe once every couple months. Well my prayers were finally answered and they have opened a location next to Advanced Auto Parts in Callaway on Tyndall Parkway. It is just as good as the beach location and the staff is absolutely amazing! I want to shout it from the rooftops! THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!!! If you like Thai food you MUST eat here!!!!
Great pad tai, very flavorful, not to sweet. Husband got the green curry. Very good. Went there two nights in a row. Second night i ordered the pineapple cashew fried rice but added a level 3 spice. It was incredible. Husband ordered the Panang Curry. Also delightful. My only complaint was how hot it was in the restaurant . We got our food to go the second night because it was just to hot in there.
The springrolls are awful Sushi awful.Rice hard and sticky will not return ever.
Great service. Refills were super quick. REALLY sweet to our kids. Food was delicious. Very fresh. Clean and bright setting. Thumbs up!
Beach favorite. This unassuming place is great for Asian food. I had the sashimi appetizer to start; the fish was fresh, high-quality, and delicious. This was followed by the Pad King, with a tasty ginger bean sauce, crisp vegetables and perfect chicken. It was accompanied by the outstanding seafood fried rice which overflowed with shrimp, mussels, squid, and scallops. My wife had the coconut soup and the Back Bay roll. Everything was delicious, and the service was prompt, and courteous. I would go back any time.
