The wife and I went in for a burger for lunch. Our visit was disappointing we ordered our burgers pink and the 3 times they attempted to cook them they where beyond well done. The manager was very pleasant to deal with and tried to correct the overcooked burgers. But after 3 tries we had lost our appetite and left.
Just bad. SLOW service! 52 min from seating to serving food and they were not busy (at 7pm on a Tuesday). Burger was cold but was too hungry to send it back after the wait. Plenty of other good places in the area. Go somewhere else.
Our service has always been great here. Food has always come out hot and delicious. It can get pricey for what you might expect. Sometimes our bill is $30 for two people for burgers and sometimes it gets up near $50 when we order a drink and appetizer. Not horribly expensive for what you get, but when you expect to go out to eat for a burger, sometimes you don’t mean to spend $50.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!Waitress rude and stand-offish. 1 hour wait for the food (2 burgers & 1 salad). We were there 2 hours total. WE DIDN’T GET ANY DRINK REFILLS! ZERO! Red Robin needs to step up their customer service! If you are trying to decide what restaurant to go to, go to Carrabbas, Diegos or Red Brick pizza instead!
Food was great, but service was aweful! No silverware, late bringing our drinks& never refilled. Had to ask for everything…couldn’t find waiter half the time to ask !
Don,t go here. Went for lunch yesterday..had never been there and won,t be back ! ordered grilled chicken on a bun..supposedly basted with sauce..had a tiny smear of sauce on bun..bun much bigger than chicken patty..bottomless fries…who would want them ? from frozen, cold and undercooked..should have gone to chicken salad place next to it
Terrible. Went to run some errands Sunday and the wife asked to stop as we enjoyed the food at our local location in Sw.flathe kitchen was so far in the weeds that the wait staff stop making eye contact w us.45 min after seating cold food.no reason no apology just slapped down the tab and took off.poor food, poor service and poor management.do yourself a favor go to pier and dine down there.
