Bad service and food. This restaurant seemed understaffed, and we had inadequate service as a result. Top shelf margaritas were way too salty and the tacos we ordered had too much liquid/sauce and were soggy. Taco flavored tasted pretty good, but the crab stuffed mushrooms were mediocre. Food and service do not match the beautiful setting and building.
2/5. Enjoyed sitting out of doors, but food was average or less. My shrimp was not fresh, my wife fish was not good and apparently had MSG in or on ot, judging what it did to out abdomens. The waitress disappeared for a long time and forgot my beer. Was not worth 50 minute wait; will not go back.
The food is delicious, however the service is absolutely terrible. The wait is always very long which normally I don’t mind because I understand when a restaurant is busy, but it takes forever to see a waitress, to get water, to get food and drinks, absolutely everything! I have been there twice and both times were the exact same, ridiculously long waits with high priced food. The orders are always mixed up. Definitely don’t come here if you’re already starving. The view is great though.
Beautiful restaurant and views quick service and great food. We came around closing time and didn’t feel rushed at all.They also take reservations – good on a busy night! Must try the key lime pie!
Just average. Fun location, ok food, a bit overpriced. The wait is long, the atmosphere is great, they have a very cool upstairs seating area but never use it. If you want to be in the mix of things go there, pier park is fun. But if you want great seafood keep looking.
The food was not bad, but I did not feel it was worth the price. You could not ask for a better atmosphere. I have to give them credit though, my mother is disabled and they went out of their way to accommodate her! The staff was awesome!
