This was a cool place. We picked it because the parking lot was packed on a Sunday evening at 6:30. We were sat right away. The prices were a little high, but the portions were generous. I had the snapper plate and my SO had the major. Both were a little overcooked but the flavor was good. Great hushpuppies and sweet potato fries! Very good atmosphere – very relaxed.
We went there today. It was a 30 minute waiting time, but well worth it. We had snapper and grouper baskets, and they were fresh with plenty of food in each of them. Their hush-puppies were just outstanding. I do have to say that both my wife, my daughter and I felt that they were even better than J.Michael’s restaurant. The three of us spent $55 including non-alcoholic drinks.
