This was the worst experience I have EVER had at a bar/food establishment. Shades doesn’t even deserve 1 star in my opinion. The manager has poor customer service skills and obviously needs more training. Yelling out customers last names at the bar from their ticket, refusing to serve someone because they didn’t tip the previous time before. Tipping is an OPTION. That is why there is a little line there for you to have the option to leave a tip. Horrible service. When I found out the manager’s name I will be calling him out on here and on every review page out there. The manager’s name was James. I’m now calling you out, James.
