Happy w the atmosphere. Clean. And server was very friendly. My husband are off the BBQ buffet and was happy w the food for the price. I ordered a turkey burger off the menu. Server came back after a while and said they had computer issues and the kitchen never got my order. So he put it on rush. Husband was done eating by the time I got my food. But my turkey burger and fries were incredible when they did come. Server was able to get us 15% off. Manager seemed like he was being a hardball. Server apologized he couldn’t give it to us free. Things happen. Overall pleased w our experience.
I was a bit surprised how clean and nice this Shoneys location was. Usually, most Shoneys are old buildings with old outdated designs, flooring ect. This location is clean and nice.
Our family ate here. Food was good and prices were reasonable considering this restaurant is located at the beach. I would definitely eat here again
Great!. Most of the Shoney’s in our area in North Mississippi have shut down, and my husband and I have always loved eating at Shoney’s..so we figured we could give it a try while in PCB. We went for lunch on our first day of our trip and I got an appetizer for my meal and he got a burger and fries. The waiter we had was very good and friendly and made sure we had all we need and at the end welcomed us back. It was a very nice Shoney’s and very clean. I would go back at any time while in PCB.
Don’t waste your time. We waited 15 minutes at our table-no one gave us tge time of day. We got up and left, passing the hostess and manager without any acknowledgement. In a place where everyone serves themselves from a breakfast bar, how are they too busy to take a drink order?
Way to pricey for the service and quality of food. We won’t go back.
Just mediocre. We ate for our first time at Shoney’s Pier Park Saturday July 6th. Our hostess seated us right away, but we didn’t get a server for several minutes, though three people stopped and asked us if we had been helped. Once we got a server, we had the seafood buffet for 14.99 per person. The food was less than good quality. My wife had mashed potatoes which were stone cold right off the steam table. The seafood was just ok. Not worth 14.99 per person. It’s too bad, because PCB needs a good sit down family style restaurant. This one doesn’t really make the grade.
