We went here for drinks and it was okay. The Long Island iced tea was super strong and good. The waitstaff was attentive. If you don’t like country music, I would not recommend.
Best Place To Take Your Friends. My best friend from college came to visit me for the weekend. We decided to go shopping at Pier Park. I was desperately looking for ways to distract her from the fact that she and her boyfriend had split up. We were hungry and looking for live music so I decided to take her to Tootsies. I was so happy to find a stage full of musicians and lots of people out on a Thursday night. Luckily we got the last open table that was close to the band. Our waitress recommended that we try the raspberry margaritas, they were so good! We ordered chicken nachos for an appetizer and when we got them we knew that we didn’t need to order anything else, they were huge and delicious! We sat and enjoyed the live country music for awhile until two guys came and sat down at our table. The people sitting next to us were so nice to us and they told their waitress that the guys spilled their beer on our table and that they were bothering us. Their waitress politely asked them to go outside with her to another table, she cleaned up the beer and made sure that the guys stayed outside. I’m so glad she was there watching out for us because we really liked our spot, the music was lively and upbeat and we were having fun together. A little later, she brought two cute young gentlemen over to our table and introduced us. We hung out with the cute guys the rest of the night and they made sure no one else bothered us, it was great! I’m so glad that we went to Tootsies, we had great drinks and food and even better service and entertainment. I didn’t think I really liked country music until I went to Tootsies, I’m glad I tried something new and different, you should too! Heather L.
