BEST GROUPER IN PCB. Went in and had blacken grouper 4 of them,. with some friends, food came out fast and great.. later spoke with the new cook ed was very friendly and great guy he told me he had worked in daytona beach at the famous pub 44 and left to come work for the breakers in panama city beach and had also worked at dockside in port st. joe before that and that’s were he learned to cook grilled grouper. he knows his stuff when it comes to cooking fish. best i have ever eaten all my friends was very happy i picked that UNDER THE BOARDWALK and was very impressed with the food thanks ed and staff i hope this will not be just your first season here i hope many more
