Been customers of China Wok on Collier Parkway for many many years and have always gotten great food and the owners are very friendly and accomodating . Some Chinese take out establishments are very strict on thier menus but here I have never made a change request like shrimp instead of chicken or chili sauce instead of curry and been turned away or told no we can’t . They want you to be happy and they want you as loyal customers. Very rarely these days do you get that kind if service. Always hot, always fresh, and plenty to eat on your plate. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a customer of theirs for over 12 years at least there 1-2 Times a week!!!! Went to get lunch spent $20 on 2 items got it home & there was less than 10 pieces of meat in my husband meal. went down to show it to them and expected them to at least provide a little more meat and instead they were rude and only spoke their language and Iabsolutely refused to do anything to make it right now they’ve lost a loyal customer of over 12 years that visited there establishment at least one to two times a week and I would suggest you all think long and hard before you go there!!!!! If this is how they treat a loyal customer imagine how they would treat a new customer!!
Poor Service. The food is acceptable, but the service is not so much! Twice I’ve gotten home and discovered that I was either overcharged or had the wrong order in my bag. Both times they were quick to invite me to come back to get my change or correct order, but they were surprisingly resistant when asked for compensation ( free order of spring rolls) for the time and cost of driving 9 miles back to their business. They offered me a free canned soda after holding a conference. I turned it down.Word to the Wise: If you choose to eat here, double check your order before leaving or there’ a good chance you’ll be driving back!
