Very poor customer service. It is simply not a way to handle a business! 20 minutes after placing an order they called me and said that the Stromboli on my order couldn’t be make because they were too busy. Nice.I would write a very nasty stuff here but I know that can’t be posted, so I leaved along.
Down from Maine with my family on vacation. Fourth night in we were looking for a good pizza joint, Gigi’s came highly recommended. The pizza was BOSS. Dude is from the Bronx and it shows both in his character and in the food. Had a large Chicken Parm Pie and a Pep & Sausage. Dynamite. Large portions. Lots of toppings. Leftovers for DAAAAYS. Don’t miss it if you’re ever down this way.
Amazing food, Wonderful Staff!. Only thing I can say is I wish this quaint little gem was located a little closer to home! Gigi’s Pizza and Pasta not only offers a wonderful meal that will feed you for days (as the portions and quality are like nothing I have seen before), But that quality comes from the hard-working owner that dedicates all of his time to this restaurant! We have all been to restaurants where the food is different from one visit to another, Carmine is there every day to make sure the same quality meal is delivered each and every time you dine at his establishment. That I call a very unusual act of dedication, something you find very rare these days! I would dine there several times a week if it were closer, but, still visit weekly. Staff is welcoming and very friendly! I give this place 5 stars! Way to go Carmine!
Very rude!!. First time there with my family. Not so good experience. The Cook was cursing pretty loud With my 5 & 7 Year olds there. I over heard the waitstaff saying rude things about customers. the food was Ok. When I mean Ok I mean OK. The Cook who I think to be the owner was just cursing at his staff something had to be wrong that day. If he is like that all the time I do not know who would eat there and listen to that!
The food was amazing..THe owner is a great guy that cares alot about his customers and the quality of his food..this place is worth visiting again
I absolutely love the place. Carmine is a great person. He treats everyone with respect. Place is very clean. Employees are great mannered. His food is amazing I never leave unhappy. Need more places like this.
Re: Allergic reaction. I’ve been going to this place for a year now. The Carmine knows who I am. Unfortunately, they dont seem to recall that I am allergic to Mayonaise although I tell them NEVER to put it on my food.Long story short…….. this $10 lunch cost me over $400 after having to go to the emergency room.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!
