The food and service have always been excellent here. Happy hour has $5.00 appetizers, $3.50 draft beers, and $6.00 wine and cocktails, everyday from 4-7PM. Tuesdays are all day $6.00 burgers; usually $12.99, and they are yummy. One of my favorite events held periodically is their beer pairing dinner. There are 5 courses, each with a different beer, and usually runs $35.00; 2 for $60.00, and worth every penny. The chef gets to be creative after tasting the beers selected for the event, and the result is always amazing. Held one last night and it was the best one yet; do not miss the next one. Not a perfect score because some of the staff will bring entrees while you are working you appetizer; a training issue. Be sure to tell your server to hold of putting in the dinner order until you are nearly done with the starters.
LunchTime. Just had the worst experience at Prime Bar Wesley Chapel. Lunchtime ,2 other patrons, and over a 45 min. wait time. Now late returning to work and had to get food to go. The excuse was they were short servers. The food was cold and nasty and had to pay full price. After multiple complaints Manager finally came out and offered appetizer coupons and an apology. Unacceptable to say the least! If you came not handle lunch service with an empty restaurant then stick to evening service only!
The bathrooms are discusting. It they are a reflection of how the kitchen is maintained the bewear. The men’s bathroom reminded me of a gas station along the interstate. I would be embarased if I was the owner or GM
