Went to red Robin burgers in Wesley Chapel from my child’s birthday when we got there there was no hostess to greet us or seat us so after 15 min we finally took our seats by ourselves and we sat down the waitress came up to us and told us we were seated in the wrong section of the restaurant in a very rude tone so we politely got up and walked over to the seating where we could sit then we waited an additional 10 minutes for our waitress to take our order when she finally did appear she was rude and short with us try to get is to hurry up and order we asked her for little bit of more time to decide what we want to Eat and she walked away and didn’t come back for an very long time when she finally came back to the table then we have we ordered Hamburgers fries and chicken nuggets and i ask for fresh cup of coffee the waitress gave me a old stale dirty cup and old burnt coffeeshe never asked how we wanted are food to be prepared like are if we wanted are hamburgers medium or well done she just hurried away when she came back she handed us a undercooked hamburger and chicken nuggets and fries that looked and tasted like like they never changed the deep fry oil not fresh at all and another cup of stale coffee the 2nd cup I looked at my family and said we will never come here or to the chain again the waitress came back to the table and asked if everything was okay and I told her No! it wasn’t okay I ask for a fresh cup of coffee for the 2nd time and you keep on bringing me the same stale cup of burnt coffee you think i don’t know the difference and the she rolled her eyes and said in a rude tone our coffee here is not that great anyway and walked off I looked at my husband and said she knocking the place that pays her bills wow bad move then she comes back to the table and says is everything alright and I look at her like are you kidding me I just ask for another cup of fresh coffee and you keep on bringing me stale burnt coffee and you are telling me the coffee here is bad so how hard is it to just get one cup of fresh coffee then the manager comes to the table towards the end of my husband and my child’s meal asking was everything okayshaking and squeezing my hand hard because she knows that I’m going to start to tell her about how incompetent her and her staff is so she’s preparing herself for the worse I say you know what you really need to keep your girls in check because they’re rude and disrespectful short tempered and the staff is horrible you really got to stop hiring Pill heads and teach them some etiquette and manners so they can barely get by waiting tables and also teach them some brand loyalty to the company that hands out their paychecks that would be helpful because obviously your own employees feel exactly about this place is I do it sucks! Her lame excuse to pacify me by paying for my husband’s undercooked burger and my daughters greasy food we’ll not be enough from me writing this review about the poor conditions of this establishment which I’m sad to report is a chain
Awesome service. I came in to have Sunday lunch on the December 29th, with my mother & sister. We were greeted at the door with a smile and seated right away. Our server was Scott, he was very nice and extremely attentive! the chicken wrap was the best wrap that I have ever had. What impressed me the most was that everyone of the employees were happy to be there…smiling and laughing the whole time…Thank you for the great service and happy faces, Selena:)
More or Less???. We tried this place for the first time last Friday after work. We decided on a carry out meal, plain Jane Bacon Cheeseburgers with special sauce and fries. The burgers were tasty, but the sauce that they put on it was the pits, and it left a nasty after taste. Next time I’ll just go for plain ketchup and mustard. The fries are nothing to write home about, and had the texture of warmed over cardboard in your mouth.
Got the bleu cheese burger, ordered well done and got medium I think (pink throughout). Was so hungry I still ate it. Extreme onion flavor without tasting any other flavor to the burger. Probably noted to not order it again (unless you love onions then this is great for you). They were also out of certain buns and completely out of all icecreams, on the weekend. Management/buyers issues?
So so burger, over priced. Good service was only plus.
Nice place. Drinks aren’t very strong, but burgers are great.
Not Great For Adults Without Kids. This is merely the perspective of an adult couple without kids. Plain and simple… It’s weird. If you want to eat Ruby Tuesday-style burgers, but substitute the nicer atmosphere for a Steak ‘n’ Shake type of place that’s crawling with kids, then have at it. Of course, there will be no price adjustment for this downgrade. And if you want a beer, it will be VERY expensive. But kids will love it, so I understand WHY they’re busy, I just don’t want to be a part of it again. And I thought the burgers were a bit generic, overly salty, and the presentation for the price you were paying was just sad. If you have kids, don’t be swayed by my review, but if you and your significant other want to test the waters for a night out, don’t say I didn’t warn you.
