Seafood Chowder. Best ever – even in the Keys – chunks of fish, shrimp, every seafood you could imagine. We order it as a meal with Texas toast. You will not be dissappointed!
First time here. Food was great and a nice environment. All the staff seems happy and very welcoming. However, our server Hollie was rude and unwelcoming. She had no personality and didn’t seem to care about her customers. I will definitely come back for the food and request her to NOT serve me next time.
Excellent on all levels! The lake-side seating and cool sunset breeze provided great atmosphere. The server was just great; she was helpful and attentive. She brought soda refills to the others in my group before they were requested. The crab dip was scrumptious. Because of it, I was thinking that I should not have ordered an entree. That was before I got my fish, though! It was perfect. The breading was tasty and not too much, the fish flakey and moist. It didn’t even really need a sauce it was so good on its own. We were all very happy after our meal, and will be back!
LOL Best. LOL doesn’t have a lot to choose from, except typical chain types. This place is very good, prime rib and fish specials are excellent. We go at least once or twice a month and it’s consistently good. The only time it’s a bummer, and this is rare, is when it’s very windy and cold out since it’s not totally enclosed.
Excellent!!. Had the greatest lunch with my Dad today. We both had the blackened fish po boy. So good!!! Staff was great! Thank you Ukulele’s for the a nice afternoon. We will back.
Went on a Friday night. Had burgers drinks and a great time. Lots of local folks. Band at night and good company. Food was good too. Will try a few other things next time I go.
We got there right at open, and were greeted by a couple servers and what appeared to be the owner. We sat on the deck on the water and it was beautiful. We ordered jalepeno poppers, and were informed they were out. I ordered the special – a blackened prime rib sandwich. I asked for a baked potato and was told they aren’t available before 4pm – which wasn’t anywhere on the menu. Our food came fast and was good. Overall a pleasant experience. The manager/owner was smoking right at the front door, and that was a turn off for me.
