Horrible food. The worst Mexican food ever. Horrible service and horrible management. Don’t waste your money on this establishment. Horrible.
Poor service, poor customer service. Went to Vallartas on Wednesday they offered $1.00 tacos. Usually it is taco Tuesday.. We have a VIP card for $5.00 off a bill over $25.00. The reason you get a VIP card is because you frequent the place. On the VIP card it does say say not valid on taco Tuesday. Our bill was $47.08 when we presented the coupon the owner told me they did not take $5.00 card for $1.00 tacos. The card specifically says not valid on Tuesday, tried to explain this Wed. but to no avail. We had 5 tacos at $1.00 each take that off of our bill and it still $42.08. I’m no mathematician but I believe $42.08 is over $25.000. The owner proceeds to argue with me about the bill. Why in the hell would you argue with a customer that you gave a VIP card to over $5.00. We eventually was refunded our $5.00 but I can guarantee that owners stupidity cost him way more than $5.00. I will never step foot in this establishment again and deal with total morons that have no idea about customer service. I will also pass this along to anyone else that cares to read or listen.
OMG. We went as a party of 6. Waited about 30 mins and then hostess came out and asked if we would mind sitting at two different tables next to each other. We said that was fine. Figured the kids could sit at one table and adult at other. Well the tables were not even close to each other. Literally could talk to other table unless we wanted to yell or text. We got the wrong food. My mom thought she ordered a traditional mexican meal found out it was a plate of melted cheese with a dime size pepper on top. Gross! My tacos had no flavor! And to top it off they brought the wrong bill. Never again!!
Luis is da man!! This family owned chain restaraunt has been a staple to our family for many years you can always count in friendly service, great tasting food that is always fresh and hot. Prices are reasonable and they are clean locations. The 2 things that I can address is 1. Consistency of portions can vary greatly per visit. 2. At times the steak served in the fajitas can be a bit heavy with fat and/or grisel. Would love to see the steak be of a little better quality. Now in the other side I don’t think you can go anywheres in Tampa and find a bigger or stronger Margarita. Overall a great Mexican meal experience. Give it a try.

First time..we are still talking about the meal. Generous portions of authentic Mexican food. Awesome!
