I stopped in for a quick appetizer while shopping. There were only 2 other tables there at the time. I ordered beef carpaccio which arrived frozen to the plate. The next order they brought wasn’t frozen but tasted watery and was obviously just thawed. The server was not friendly at all or attentive.
