Horrible service! I live in the neighborhood right next to this restaurant and have been coming to this place for years. I don’t know where all the nice people went but a lot has changed and there are a lot of new workers and managers in here (Katy) and they are very rude and need a lesson in customer service. After a faithful customer of 6 years it’s sad to say I will not becoming back here.
Sorry Amazing, you’ve lost a customer. I waited for a table 5 minutes without even a smile nor acknowledgment from anyone. Walked out.
Great service!!. After driving by many times, we decided to give this place a try. Started with amazing sampler and Tom Yum Soup – Gai. Soup was delicious. Main course was red curry and pad thai with chicken. Curry was a huge portion and a nice spicy kick. We ordered medium. Just the right amount of heat. Our server Tiffanie was exceptional. We will go back to try other entrees and sushi.
Bad Service & NOT deliver as ordered. Food is ok but the staff is horrible when it comes to service. Specially their manager Kathie, very rude and with the lowest customer service skills I have ever seen.I order at least twice a week but I stopped. They will NOT deliver as ordered. Missing food or different from what you ordered. When you call to complaint, the star manager Kathie will NOT solve the situation but make it worse.I DO NOT recommend. Try WASABY just down a few blocks on Pines Boulevard which is much better quality food and service
Not what I ordered.. Ordered a crunchy tuna roll and received a regular tuna roll.
3 strikes with this restaurant.. The first issue was a few years ago, I found a staple in my food. A BIG staple like the ones used for cardboard boxes. They didn’t do much to make up for it until I explained to them importance of what just happened.The second issue was during a takeout order we went to pick up. It took an hour after getting there and the order was all messed up.The 3rd was recent. They changed the menu and got rid of my favorite dish, Peanut Chicken. The server told me there was no issue, that they could still make it. After 40 minutes of waiting, he came back and asked what else I wanted cause they no longer can make the dish.The food is good (when it has no staples in it) but the service is questionable. I had other times that long waits were pretty common.
By far the best restaurant in Pembroke Pines! The food is great (especially the crispy duck, pad Thai, and appetizers, along with the rolls) and the service is always fast and kind. If you haven’t been here you have got to try it, they have a great location and you never have to wait for your table.
