I went today to the restaurant with my family. I ordered a fried fish with rice and beans, and wait for 30 minute. When the fish finally arrived, was overcooked, dry and hard. I tried to eat it but end up with mouth pain. My husband explained it to the manager but, he didn’t care.
I come here often to place large orders for my hotel staff as appreciation dinners since they love it. I always come with my service dog. The staff are respectful. The last time I went (I wont return to this location again) the owner of the establishment yelled at me the moment I walked in the door because I had my service dog. When I brought to his attention, he told me he did not care then asked me to wait outside and he would bring the food to me. I was outraged. I explained that he is a service dog and I wasnt even dining in, I was picking up a large order. He said he needed to have a designated area for pets to sit and he doesnt and that the city would site him. He obviously doesnt know the law. He continued to call him a pet and told me to leave my pet at home like normal people. This made me feel embarrassed and quite uncomfortable. He continued to recite the WRONG information as I tried to educate him on my service animal. So rude, so very much mistaken. Food was awful (probably because he rushed it to rush me out)
