Went to this restaurant two days ago and had the worst experience I have EVER had in any restaurant. I placed my order for 4 mild patties, 2 spicy patties, coco bread, a meat loaf and a large bottle of Ting. At the counter one young man placed 2 spicy patties in a box and 1 mild. He then advised that there would be a wait of approximately 15 minutes for the remainder of the patties and placed the box in the warmer. Another young man came along, took the mild patty out of the box designated for my order and gave it to another customer. I asked, ‘why did you do that?’ He replied that I had to wait for the remainder of my order and that the other customer only wanted one patty. I stated that I didn’t think that was satisfactory, wherewith the server raised his voice and swore at me saying that he didn’t see what was the problem about the G…D… patties. I responded with ‘don’t you shout at me and don’t you dare swear at me!’. The upshot of this was he said, I have the right not to serve you so let me refund your money. My response, yes, do that. ‘Good’ , ‘great’ customer service? I think not! Will not return to THAT establishment.
They have the BEST Jamaican patties I’ve ever had. Very seasoned and very tasty. Their baked goods are always fresh. Every time I’m in the area, I have to stop by and get my patty fix.
Looks very clean, smells good, very spacious and the staff is very friendly & professional. The food is very good and I love the patties too!!! Check them out!!
This is the only restaurant I go to when I crave ackee and saltfish, its delicious. Also they have the best beef and chicken patties in town.

Excellent food, Excellent service…. The ackee,/fish patty is awesome, seasoned as an entree. Now for service. As we were leaving with some takeouts of curry goat, oxtail, stew chicken, and soups. A bag fell after we left the restaurant, spilling some of the stuff. Immediately a staff saw the situation, and came over and inquired what was spilled. He took the bag and told us no worries. He then came back in a short time replacing them with a warm smile. Now that’s service… Much thanks, much success…
I used to love finger lickin’ the food was great the service wasn’t always the best but they made up for it with their food. Last night I went there with my family the prices went threw the roof! Two of the employees was watching the nba shooting stars we waited over 20 minutes to get our order. What really sent me off of my handles the food wasn’t good at all. I really don’t know what is happening with this place but they need to get it together and soon. Needless to say I won’t be coming back anytime soon. I work too hard to waste it on bad food with bad customer service.
