Food & Customer Service is Excellent. We recently hired Jax Cafe to cater our Resident Halloween Event in our community for over 150 people. Our residents were commenting all night how great tasting the food was and how wonderful the variety of food was. From a management point, their customer service, pricing and different food options was excellent. We all know how critical it is to have good food at any event, so now we know Jax Cafe will be catering all our events. I forgot to mention that the owners dealt directly with us and even came by our event to make sure that everything was in order. That was impressive.

Very good…. My kids love this place & go all the time after school. They catered a party in the community I live in a few days ago & now I understand why my kids love it. The food was fantastic, the staff very friendly, tons of food & a great variety. I will be using them for my next party & it will be my breakfast spot when I drop off my kids at school from now on! Can’t wait to have my cafe con leche…see you guys on Monday!
Extremely dissapointed with service..food is ok..main clientele are high school kids..might be a reason they dont care. they must be doing bad to try to charge people for water from the faucet..i wonder how she rips kids out..not fair.
